这菜前面是混汤后面是清汤,中间省略了几个步骤吧?牛肉不处理直接下锅上有血沫下有悬浮,怎么到成品就能变成清澈见底啦?作为厨师还藏着掖着不说全了很不好嘛:lol:

牛肉年糕再加鸡蛋,而且是香油做的。感觉就很腻,北方人,吃不惯。年糕我倒是喜欢,感觉如果炒牛肉片,是不是直接勾芡好点。
